About Virginia United Contractors
Virginia United Contractors (VUC) is a Class “A” General Contractor located in
Richmond, Virginia doing business as a Limited Liability Corporation. VUC is a joint
venture between 3 separate companies, Virginia United Contractors which holds our
building, residential repairs and commercial repair licenses, United Contractors which
holds our HVAC and plumbing licenses and Virginia Historic Renewal which is the
holding company for our real estate investments.
VUC qualified for and received a Class “A” contractor's license in December 2001.
Since that time we have completed turn-key construction of several homes and several
major renovations of older homes in the Richmond area.

improvements at the lowest possible cost, the products they put on the market often
do not meet minimum standards for livability or desirability. Virginia United
Contractors will provide high quality, innovative, and cost effective improvements on
carefully selected properties to produce a resale property that is above the
neighborhood standard and priced in the median range of neighborhood comps
